For technology providers

Connecting specialist technology with enterprise needs

Kontrad is an Ireland-incorporated technology company with a business presence in Dubai, UAE. Its third-party AI-assisted software supports structured requirements analysis, RFP and proposal comparison, qualification identification, scoring, technical-commercial evaluation and procurement collaboration. Kontrad retains its platform intellectual property and relevant technology responsibilities under the applicable agreements.

Novavia intends to connect Kontrad’s technology with regional enterprise requirements through business development, enterprise customer engagement, requirements coordination, commercial and technical alignment, and potential implementation support.

Any engagement would define commercial rights, territory, delivery and platform-support responsibilities, and client acceptance requirements in written agreements.

The initial enterprise focus is the UAE. Opportunities elsewhere are assessed against project requirements, local permissions, contracting arrangements, delivery resources and technology authorizations. We welcome provider introductions; confirmed partnerships will be announced only once formal agreements and relevant permissions are in place.

  • Requirement-led selection, never product-first
  • Transparent evaluation criteria for every recommendation
  • Clear accountability across integrated solutions
